摘  要:文章提出了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器的矿用绞车系统,系统采用三菱FX3U PLC作为主控单元,结合高性能变频器与精密传感器,实现了对绞车运行的精确控制与安全监测。通过仿真测试,该系统展现出卓越的稳定性和效率,有效降低了能耗,并显著增强和提升了绞车的负载处理能力和制动响应速度。同时,系统还具备优化钢丝绳耐久性的功能,推动煤矿开采作业朝着更加安全、高效的方向发展。This paper proposes a mine winch system based on Programmable Logic Controller.The system uses Mitsubishi FX3U PLC as the main control unit,and realizes the precise control and safety monitoring of winch operation combined with high-performance frequency converter and precision sensors.Through simulation tests,the system shows excellent stability and efficiency,effectively reduces energy consumption,and significantly enhances and improves the load handling capacity and braking response speed of the winch.Meanwhile,the system also has the function of optimizing the durability of steel wire rope,promoting the development of coal mining operation in a safer and more efficient direction.
