摘 要:文章采用数值模拟方法,分析了膏体分层充填开采过程中地表的沉陷变形规律,构建了有限差分与离散元耦合数值模型,模拟了不同覆岩赋存状况、充填率及充填体压缩率下的地表沉陷规律。结果表明,覆岩硬度、充填率和充填体压缩率对地表沉陷有明显影响;软弱覆岩条件下,裂隙发育受限,坚硬覆岩表现出更显著的裂隙扩展;随着充填率的减小和充填体压缩率的增加,覆岩裂隙发育程度加剧,地表沉陷变形增大;对比分层充填与一次采全厚充填开采方式,发现分层充填开采的地表沉陷量及倾斜值均有所增加,从而为优化膏体分层充填开采设计、减轻地表沉陷提供了科学依据。This paper adopts the numerical simulation method to analyze the surface subsidence deformation law in the process of paste layered filling mining,and constructs the finite difference and discrete element coupling numerical model to simulate the surface subsidence law under different overburden rock occurrence conditions,filling rates and filling body compression rates.The results show that the overburden rock hardness,filling rate and filling body compression rate have obvious influence on surface subsidence;under the condition of weak overburden rock,the fracture development is limited,and the hard overburden rock shows more significant fracture expansion;with the decrease of the filling rate and the increase of the compression rate of the filling body,the degree of fracture development of the overburden rock increases,and the surface subsidence deformation increases;comparing the layered filling and one-time mining full-thickness filling mining methods,it is found that the surface subsidence and inclination values in layered filling mining have increased,thus providing a scientific basis for optimizing the design of paste layered filling mining and reducing surface subsidence.
