摘 要:针对某煤矿-450 m水平运输巷道施工中存在的软岩变形大、支护效果差和掘进效率低等问题,文章通过现场调研和实验研究,提出了以锚网喷联合支护为主、液压支架补强为辅的支护方案,同时优化了掘进工艺参数。研究表明,新支护系统可使巷道变形量降低,支护强度提升;改进后的机械化掘进工艺使平均月进尺从120 m提升至175 m,并有效降低了粉尘污染。研究成果已在该矿区成功应用,为同类工程提供了技术参考。Based on the problems of large deformation of soft rock,poor support effect,low tunneling efficiency and so on in the construction of-450 m horizontal transportation roadway in a coal mine,this paper puts forward a support scheme based on bolt-mesh-shotcreting combined support and supplemented by hydraulic bracket reinforcement through field investigation and experimental research,and optimizes the tunneling process parameters.The research shows that the new support system can reduce the deformation of the roadway and improve the support strength;the improved mechanized tunneling process increases the average monthly footage from 120 m to 175 m and effectively reduces dust pollution.The research results have been successfully applied in the mining area,which provides technical reference for similar engineering.
