摘 要:为解决煤矿井下瓦斯抽采效率普遍偏低的问题,文章从优化钻孔参数、控制抽采负压和选择封孔材料等多个角度进行深入分析与研究。基于理论计算和数值模拟,确定最优钻孔间距应控制在15~20 m,抽采负压宜维持在15~18 kPa,并提出采用改性树脂基封孔材料。研究表明,采用优化后的技术方案,预计可使瓦斯抽采浓度提高30%以上,单位时间抽采量提升25%左右,对提高煤矿安全生产水平具有重要的理论指导意义。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of gas drainage in coal mine,this paper makes an indepth analysis and research from the aspects of optimizing drilling parameters,controlling drainage negative pressure and selecting sealing materials.Based on theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,it is determined that the optimal drilling spacing should be controlled within the scope of 15-20 m,and the drainage negative pressure should be maintained within the scope of 15-18 kPa,and the use of refined resin-based sealing material is proposed.The research shows that the optimized technical scheme is expected to increase the gas drainage concentration by more than 30%and the drainage volume per unit time by about 25%,which has important theoretical guiding significance for improving the level of coal mine safety production.
