摘  要:智能运输系统是智慧矿山的重要组成部分,其核心在于综采工作面刮板输送机智能化。基于此,文章着重对刮板输送机的智能化启动控制、动力监测和煤量监测等进行分析,根据煤层储采现状、行业发展形势、国家指导和要求推广采煤装备自动化和远程监控技术,以提高煤矿井下自动化装备水平,实现煤矿综采工作面无人或少人化、自动化开采。Intelligent transportation system is an important part of smart mine,the core of which lies in the intelligentization of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized mining face.As a result,this paper focuses on the analysis of intelligent start control,power monitoring,coal amount monitoring,etc.of the scraper conveyor.According to the current situation of coal seam storage and mining,industry development situation,national guidance and requirements,the automation and remote monitoring technologies for coal mining equipment are promoted to improve the level of automation equipment under the mine,and realize unmanned or less unmanned and automatic mining in fully mechanized coal mining face.
