摘 要:选煤厂输煤皮带落料高度高、冲击大,常产生大量扬尘,污染车间环境。文章提出一种适用于输送带转载点的高效降尘技术装备,通过物料引导和气流引导实现对下落物料中的微细粉尘进行预分离,从而大幅减少冲击扬尘。通过实验与计算优化了装备的内部结构,总粉尘扬尘降低率达到86.5%,显著减少了粉尘逸散飞扬。实验证明,该装备具备无物料损耗的特点,对于保护工人职业健康具有重要的应用潜力。The coal conveying belt in coal preparation plant has high material dropping height and large impact,which often produces a large amount of dust and pollutes the workshop environment.This paper proposes a kind of efficient dust reduction technical equipment suitable for conveyor belt transfer point,and realizes the pre-separation of fine dust in the falling materials through material and airflow guidance,thus greatly reducing the impact dust.The internal structure of the equipment is optimized through experiments and calculations,and the total dust reduction rate reaches 86.5%,which significantly reduces the dust emission.Experiments show that the equipment has the characteristics of no material loss and has important application potential for protecting workers'occupational health.
