明挖隧道衬砌分体施工技术研究

摘　　要：研究和应用明挖隧道衬砌分体施工技术可充分提高地下工程体系转化技术应用水平,使用新型分体式衬砌模板台车可促进明挖隧道衬砌施工技术的进步,改善传统的施工方法。基于此,文章详细分析了分体式衬砌模板台车的施工原理、步骤,以及安装注意事项。研究表明,明挖隧道衬砌分体施工技术不仅加快了建设进度,提高了建设质量,还提升了工程效率,进一步改善了劳动条件,确保了施工人员的安全,为隧道衬砌施工领域带来了显著的技术革新。This paper introduces the split construction technology for lining in open-cut tunnels.The research and application of this technology can fully improve the application level of underground engineering system conversion technology.The use of new lining split formwork trolley promotes the progress of construction technology for lining in open-cut tunnels,improves the traditional construction methods,solves a series of problems such as slow system conversion speed,cumbersome work procedures and high construction requirements,and improves the standardized management level of the site.The research shows that the split construction technology for lining in open-cut tunnels not only speeds up the construction progress,improves the construction quality,but also improves the engineering efficiency,further improves the working conditions,ensures the safety of construction personnel,and brings significant technical innovation to the field of tunnel lining construction.
