摘  要:随着港口运输行业的快速发展,矿石装卸作业量不断攀升,对港口矿石装卸机械的性能、效率和可靠性提出了更高要求。传统设计方法在应对这些复杂需求时逐渐显露出局限性。基于此,文章阐述了矿石装卸机械分类与功能,以及传统矿石装卸机械设计方法的局限性,然后结合岸边矿石集装箱起重机项目,详述计算机辅助设计、计算机辅助工程等现代设计方法的应用。研究表明,这些方法可提升机械性能与效率,为行业现代化转型及竞争力增强提供参考。With the rapid development of the port transportation industry,the ore handling operation volume is rising,which puts forward higher requirements for the performance,efficiency and reliability of the port ore handling machinery.Traditional design methods gradually show limitations in dealing with these complex needs.As a result,this paper expounds the classification and function of ore handling machinery,as well as the limitations of traditional ore handling machinery design methods,and then elaborates on the application of modern design methods such as computer aided design and computer aided engineering combined with the shore ore container crane project.The research shows that these methods can improve the performance and efficiency of the machinery,and provide reference for the modernization transformation and competitiveness enhancement of the industry.
