摘 要:起重机械能耗问题一直是影响其性能和经济性的关键因素,采取节能装置电气控制策略成为优化起重机械系统的重要手段。文章阐述了起重机械节能装置的基本功能、作用及其工作原理,探讨了基于负载预测与能量回馈的电气控制策略在起重机械节能装置中的应用,并提出了智能化调控和实时监测相结合的控制方法。研究结果表明,合理的控制策略可以有效降低能源消耗,提高设备运行效率,从而为技术优化提供理论依据和技术支持。The energy consumption of lifting machinery has always been a key factor affecting its performance and economy.Adopting the electrical control strategy of energy-saving devices has become an important means to optimize the lifting machinery system.This paper expounds the basic function,role and working principle of energy-saving device of lifting machinery,discusses the application of electrical control strategy based on load prediction and energy feedback in energy-saving device of lifting machinery,and puts forward the control method combining intelligent control and real-time monitoring.The research results show that the reasonable control strategy can effectively reduce energy consumption and improve equipment operation efficiency,thus providing theoretical basis and technical support for technical optimization.
