中国及广东农业新质生产力发展水平测度与分析

摘　　要：加快形成农业新质生产力是实现经济社会高质量发展的战略选择,也是广东持续推进城乡协调发展和乡村全面振兴的必由之路。根据农业新质生产力的内涵特征,本文从农业新质劳动者、农业新质生产资料和农业新质劳动对象三个维度构建了中国农业新质生产力评价指标体系,运用熵值法、Dagum基尼系数对于2010—2022年中国和广东农业新质生产力发展水平进行分析。研究发现,中国农业新质生产力指数总体呈提升态势,农业新质劳动者、劳动资料对农业新质生产力发展提升的贡献大,但农业新质劳动对象的问题突出;各区域农业新质生产力发展不平衡,广东农业新质生产力指数增速高于东部省份平均水平。为加快推动农业新质生产力发展,应加强培育农业新质劳动者,强化农业科技装备支撑,着力布局战略性农业新型产业和未来产业。同时,广东应进一步深入实施“百千万工程”,促进区域农业新质生产力均衡发展。Accelerating the formation of new quality agricultural productivity is a strategic choice for achieving the high-quality development of China's economy and society,and the only road for Guangdong to continuously promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and rural comprehensive revitalization.According to the connotative features of new quality agricultural productivity,this paper constructs the evaluation indicator system of China's new quality agricultural productivity from three dimensions,which are new quality agricultural workers,new quality agricultural labor materials and new quality agricultural labor objects.Using entropy weighting method,Dagum Gini coefficient,this paper analyzes the development trend of China and Guangdong's new quality agricultural productivity from 2010 to 2022.The results show that the overall trend of China's new quality agricultural productivity index is increasing,and new quality agricultural workers and new quality agricultural labor materials have made great contributions to the development and improvement of new quality agricultural productivity,but the problems of new quality agricultural labor objects are prominent;the development of new quality agricultural productivity in different regions is unbalanced,and the growth rate of new quality agricultural productivity index in Guangdong is higher than the average level of eastern provinces.In order to accelerate the development of new quality agricultural productivity,the cultivationof new quality agricultural workers should be strengthen;supporting the development of agricultural science,technology,and equipment;laying out strategic new agricultural industries and future industries.At the same time,Guangdong should further implement"hundred,thousand and ten thousand project",promote regional balanced development of new qualitya gricultural productivity.
