摘  要:动车组在过分相时,车载电压互感器容易发生铁磁谐振,严重时甚至导致互感器炸裂损毁,威胁行车安全。本研究结合某型动车组电压互感器实际参数,建立了动车组电压互感器等效三维模型。利用传热学原理,基于多层圆筒壁模型计算分析等效热传导系数和等效比热容等参数。通过实验测量动车组电压互感器励磁特性曲线,结合动车组电压互感器励磁特性曲线和实际工况,计算发生铁磁谐振时绕组和铁芯的发热功率。通过对动车组电压互感器进行热仿真,得到动车组电压互感器的温度场,研究发生铁磁谐振时动车组电压互感器的温升,并结合实际情况和动车组电压互感器的热绝缘设计标准,分析了动车组电压互感器损毁原因。When the EMU is out of phase,the on-board voltage transformer is prone to ferromagnetic resonance,which may even cause the transformer to crack and damage,threatening the driving safety.Based on the actual parameters of voltage transformer of a type of EMU,the equivalent three-dimensional model of voltage transformer of EMU is established.Based on the principle of heat transfer,the equivalent heat transfer coefficient and equivalent specific heat capacity are calculated and analyzed based on the multi-layer cylinder wall model.The excitation characteristic curve of voltage transformer of EMU is measured by experiment,combined with the excitation characteristic curve of voltage transformer of EMU and actual working conditions,the heating power of winding and iron core in case of ferromagnetic resonance is calculated.Through the thermal simulation of the voltage transformer of the EMU,the temperature field of the voltage transformer of the EMU is obtained,and the temperature rise of the voltage transformer of the EMU in the case of ferromagnetic resonance is studied.Combined with the actual situation and the thermal insulation design standard of the voltage transformer of the EMU,the damage reason of the voltage transformer of the EMU is analyzed.
