摘  要:本研究对一起1000 kV特高压气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)气室SO_(2)超标展开分析。提出现场加压辅助定位方法进行诊断,对异常部位增加X光检测,发现C相气室4垂直段插接触头有疑似脱出部件和疑似点状凸起。现场解体检查发现母触头触指、压环及不锈钢挡圈从正常位置脱出,触指与公触头熔合。提出返厂模拟挡圈拉力测试,发现拉力达到116.5 kN时,挡圈从母触头处脱出。得出母触头内不锈钢挡圈未安装到位,运行中逐渐脱出后,导致触指与母触头接触不良,长期运行电流作用下母触头与触指过热烧蚀引起SF6气体分解,导致SO_(2)超标的结论,提出改进母触头不锈钢挡圈安装工艺,为先进GIL输电装备自主研发提供了重要依据,为保障特高压电网可靠运行提供了有力技术支撑。The author analyzes SO_(2)exceeding the standard in 1000 kV UHV GIL gas chamber.The on-site pressurization assisted positioning method was put forward for diagnosis,and X-ray inspection was added to the abnormal parts.It was found that the plug-in contact of the vertical section of phase C air chamber 4 had suspected detached parts and suspected pointy protrusions.The on-site disassembly inspection found that the female contact finger,pressure ring and stainless steel retainer ring were detached from the normal position,and the contact finger was fused with the male contact.It is proposed to return to the factory to simulate the tension test of the retaining ring.It is found that when the tension reaches 116.5 kN,the retaining ring will come out from the female contact.It is concluded that the stainless steel retainer ring in the female contact is not installed in place and gradually comes out during operation,resulting in poor contact between the contact finger and the female contact.Under the action of long-term operating current,the overheating and ablation of the female contact and the contact finger cause SF6 gas decomposition,resulting in SO_(2)exceeding the standard.It is proposed to improve the installation process of the stainless steel retainer ring in the female contact,which provides an important basis for the independent research and development of advanced GIL transmission equipment,and strong technical support for ensuring the reliable operation of UHV power grid.
