摘  要:电网的安全稳定运行极大程度上依赖于套管的健康状况。介绍了某型号550 kV油浸纸变压器套管缺陷排查情况,基于套管解体检查与有限元电场计算,分析得出套管缺陷原因,包括卷制工艺不良,电容屏出现褶皱引起的局部电场畸变,并对套管绝缘设计进行校核,总结了该类型套管各个关键部位的设计裕度。根据解体情况和计算结果给出了针对该型号套管的设计及生产工艺管控建议。本研究可以为该型套管的运维以及新建工程套管类设备的采购提供技术支持,为同类型套管安全运行提供具备有效性的借鉴与指导意义。The health condition of bushing is critical to the safety operation of the power grid.The author introduces the investigation procedures of defects in a 550 kV OIP transformer bushing.The cause of defects is analyzed by disassembly inspection and finite element electric field calculation.The bushing defects are caused by the poor winding process and the local electric field distortion caused by the wrinkles on aluminum foils.The insulation design of the bushing is checked and the design margin of each key part of the bushing is summarized.The design and manufacture control suggestions for this type of bushing are given based on the disassembly and computation results.This paper can provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of bushings in operation and the manufacture of bushing equipment for new construction projects,and has certain reference and guidance significance for the safety operation of bushing.
