摘 要:采用常规固相烧结法制备了碳-陶瓷线性电阻,观察了淀粉、炭黑、乙炔炭黑、石墨等不同碳填料制备的碳-陶瓷线性电阻导电网络的形成过程,并研究了碳填料对电阻体积密度、抗折强度、电阻率、热膨胀系数等性能的影响。结果表明,相同添加量下,粒径与密度越小的碳填料能过占据更大的体积,更利于导电网络的形成,但同时也会影响材料的烧结致密化,导致电阻抗折强度的较低;电阻率相同时,以炭黑作为填料制备的电阻具有更高的抗折强度。Carbon ceramic linear resistors were prepared by conventional solid-phase sintering method.The formation process of the conductive network of the carbon ceramic linear resistors prepared by different carbon fillers such as starch,carbon black,acetylene black and graphite was observed.The influence of carbon fillers on the resistance volume density,bending strength,resistivity and thermal expansion coefficient was studied.The results show that,under the same addition amount,the carbon filler with smaller particle size and density can occupy a larger volume,which is more conducive to the formation of conductive network,but also affects the sintering densification of the material,resulting in a lower bending strength of electrical impedance.At the same resistivity,the resistor prepared with carbon black as filler has higher flexural strength.
