摘 要:大容量换流变压器作为特高压输电工程中的关键设备,其安全运行直接关系到电力系统的可靠性。近年来,国内外发生多起由于电连接失效而导致的套管过热和放电故障,因此有必要对套管载流回路的失效机理开展研究分析。对典型电连接结构开展了振动失效试验,得到了2种典型电连接结构的荷载-位移曲线和接触电阻,基于此分析了2种电连接结构的机械性能和接触载流性能。研究发现:2种电连接结构均有结构刚度下降的现象;2种电连接结构的接触电阻在每个加载周期均呈现出相同的变化规律;试验结束后面面压接式、表带触指插接式电连接结构的接触电阻升高率分别为36.14%、38.23%。试验结果可为研究超大容量变压器内部导体连接系统失效机理分析提供技术参考,为套管电连接可靠性提升工作提供有益参考。Large capacity converter transformer is the key equipment in UHV transmission project,its safe operation is directly related to the reliability of power system.In recent years,there have been many overheat and discharge faults of transformer bushing caused by electrical connection failure at home and abroad.Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the failure mechanism of bushing current-carrying circuit.Vibration failure tests were carried out on typical electrical connection structures,and the load-displacement curves and contact resistances of the two electrical connection structures were obtained.Based on these results,the mechanical properties and contact current-carrying properties of the two electrical connection structures were analyzed.The results show that the stiffness of the two kinds of electrically connected structures decreases.The contact resistance of two kinds of electrical connection structures showed the same change law in each loading period.After the test,the increase rates of contact resistance of crimped type,watchband touch finger plug type electrical connection structure were 36.14%and 38.23%,respectively.The test results can provide a technical reference for the failure mechanism analysis of the inner conductor connection system of ultra-large capacity transformer,and provide a useful reference for the reliability improvement of the bushing electrical connection.
