摘 要:玻璃钢电容型套管相较传统油纸绝缘套管,具有结构简单、维护成本低等优点,已在电力系统中广泛运用,因此及时发现套管的劣化对维护电网稳定运行具有重要意义。针对3支玻璃钢电容型变压器套管炸裂事故展开研究,通过现场检查、解体分析及套管有限元电场仿真计算,得出故障原因为套管各电容屏设计或制造存在缺陷,无法有效控制电容屏端部电场强度,最终导致套管产生爬电和炸裂。最后从运行维护角度提出相应的预防措施,分析结果对玻璃钢电容型套管的设计制造、运行维护及故障分析具有一定的指导意义。Compared with traditional oil-paper insulating bushing,the glass fiber reinforced plastic(FRP)capacitive bushing has the advantages of simple structure and low maintenance cost,and has been widely used in power systems.Therefore,timely detection of bushing deterioration is of great significance to maintain the stable operation of the power grid.The author studies the bushing explosion accident of three FRP capacitive transformers.Through on-site inspection,disassembly analysis,and finite element electric field calculation,it is concluded that the accident is caused by defects in the design or manufacture of each capacitive screen of the bushing,which cannot effectively control the electric field strength at the end screen,eventually lead to creepage and cracking of the casing.Finally,the corresponding preventive measures are proposed from the point of operation and maintenance.The analysis results have certain guiding significance for the design,manufacturing,operation and maintenance,as well as fault analysis of FRP capacitive bushing.
