摘 要:尊师重道的师道尊严是我国教师思想中延续至今的历史传统。师道精神相关研究是我国教师思想历史文化的重要构成。本研究通过对晚清时期我国师范教育初步建立之际师道、师范与师范教育产生思想的研究,认为晚清时期我国师范教育的主张者、实践者以师范的现代教师思想与师道的教师思想传统相统一,从而开启了我国师范专业教育的规范化与专门化的现代教师职业传统。具体表现在师范以立师道、明师道与讲师道的师范与师道思想的关联论述。在此基础上,晚清师范教育制度的内容、方式与特征显示了师道传统与现代师范教育模式在思想及其实践层面的充分融合。Respecting teachers' dignity is a historical tradition in teachers' thought in our country. The research on the spirit of teaching has formed an important component of the ideological, historical, and cultural development of Chinese teachers. This study examines the ideas of teacher ethics, teacher education, and the emergence of teacher education in China during the early establishment of teacher education in the late Qing Dynasty. It is believed that the advocates and practitioners of teacher education in China during the late Qing Dynasty unified the modern teacher ideology of teacher education with the traditional teacher ideology of teacher ethics, thus opening up a standardized and specialized modern teacher professional tradition in China's teacher education. Specifically, it is manifested in the discussion of the relationship between teacher education and teacher education ideas, including the establishment of teacher education, the enlightenment of teacher education, and the lecturer education. Based on this idea, the implementation content, methods, and characteristics of teacher education in the late Qing Dynasty demonstrate the integration of traditional and modern ideas.
