计及配电网网损灵敏度的储能系统与静止同步补偿器优化配置

摘  要:针对配电网有功和无功如何同时实现最优补偿这一问题,首次提出了计及网损灵敏度因子的储能系统(ESS)和静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)的位置和容量的优化配置方案。首先,对传统网损灵敏度参数进行改进并计算其结果;其次,基于改进网损灵敏度因子的大小对ESS与STATCOM的补偿节点优先级进行排序;最后,构建经济总成本最小、静态电压稳定性指标最小的数学模型,并采用改进多目标粒子群优化(MOPSO)算法求解该模型。结果表明:通过采用改进网损灵敏度选择的补偿节点得到的电压稳定性指标比传统网损灵敏度减少了0.03,即电压波动更小;同时减少了0.26 Mvar的无功补偿量以及0.15 Mvar的储能容量,使补偿成本减少了5.3%;并且方案改进过后光伏消纳率达到了93.86%,减少了26%的有功网损;大大降低了补偿成本的同时有效提高了配电网的稳定性。Aiming at the problem of how to realize the optimal compensation of active and reactive power in distribution network at the same time,the optimal configuration scheme of the position and capacity of energy storage system(ESS)and static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)considering the sensitivity factor of network loss was proposed for the first time.Firstly,the traditional network loss sensitivity parameters were improved and the results were calculated.Secondly,based on the size of the improved network loss sensitivity factor,the priority of the compensation nodes of ESS and STATCOM was sorted.Finally,a mathematical model with the minimum total economic cost and the minimum static voltage stability index was constructed,and the MOPSO algorithm was used to solve the model.The results show that the voltage stability index obtained by the compensation node selected by the improved network loss sensitivity is 0.03 lower than that of the traditional network loss sensitivity,that is,the voltage fluctuation is smaller.At the same time,the amount of reactive power compensation of 0.26 Mvar and the energy storage capacity of 0.15 Mvar are reduced,which directly reduces the compensation cost by 5.3%.After the improvement of the scheme,the photovoltaic consumption rate reaches 93.86%,and the active network loss is reduced by 26%.It greatly reduces the compensation cost and effectively improves the stability of the distribution network.
