道德推脱对临床护士亲组织非伦理行为的影响:马基雅维利主义的调节作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨道德推脱对临床护士亲组织非伦理行为的影响,及马基雅维利主义在其中所起的作用。方法 选取温州医科大学附属第二医院204名护士为研究对象,于2023年7—10月使用基本资料调查表、亲组织非伦理行为问卷、道德推脱问卷和马基雅维利主义人格量表进行调查。结果 临床护士亲组织非伦理行为得分为3.16±0.74分,道德推脱得分为2.85±0.57分,马基雅维利主义得分为2.92±0.58分。回归结果显示,马基雅维利主义在道德推脱和亲组织非伦理行为的关系间具有调节效应(△R^(2)=0.086,p<0.01)。结论 护理管理者应定期进行伦理相关培训,营造公正和谐的科室人文环境,对高马基雅维利主义护士,应积极引导其正确的职业价值观,降低其非伦理行为的意向及影响。Objective To explore the influence of moral disengagement on the unethical pro-organizational behavior of clinical nurses and the role of Machiavellianism.Methods From July to October 2023,204 nurses in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects.The basic information questionnaire,the unethical proorganizational behavior questionnaire,moral disengagement questionnaire and Machiavellianism personality scale were used to investigate.Results The score of unethical pro-organizational behavior was 3.16±0.74,the score of moral disengagement was 2.85±0.57,and the score of Machiavellianism was 2.92±0.58.The regression results showed that Machiavellianism had a moderating effect on the relationship between moral disengagement and unethical pro-organizational behavior(△R^(2)=0.086,p<0.01).Conclusion Nursing managers should conduct ethics-related training on a regular basis to create a fair and harmonious humanistic environment in the department,and nurses with high Machiavellianism should be actively guided to correct professional values to reduce the intention and impact of their unethical behaviour.
