摘　　要：学科建设作为医院在高质量发展要求下深化内涵建设的关键议题,其重要性不言而喻,而学科评估则成为驱动这一进程不断向前的重要杠杆。本文旨在通过对我国医院现行学科评估体系的深入比较与分析,系统梳理评估方法、一级与二级指标框架,以及过往研究的结论。在此基础上,提出关于一级与二级指标设置的优化建议,开展医院学科评估工作,全面考量学科运行效率,并创新性地增设过程性指标与文化指标,以强化对学科发展动态与内在动力的评估,为构建全面、有效,符合高质量发展的学科评估指标体系提供参考。The importance of discipline construction as a key issue for hospitals to deepen connotation construction under the requirement of high-quality development is self-evident,and discipline evaluation has become an important lever to drive this process forward.This paper aims to analyze and compare the current discipline evaluation system in China's hospitals,systematically summarize the evaluation methods,the primary and secondary index framework,and the conclusions of previous studies.On this basis,the authors proposed optimization suggestions on the setting of primary and secondary indicators,carried out the evaluation of hospital disciplines,comprehensively considered the operation efficiency of disciplines,and innovatively added process indicators and cultural indicators,so as to strengthen the evaluation of the development dynamics and internal motivation of disciplines,and provide reference for building a comprehensive,effective and high-quality discipline evaluation index system.
