摘　　要：目的深入分析某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院近五年来在临床专职科研人员队伍建设方面的实践探索,并据此提出针对性的改进建议。方法采用文献回顾与定量分析方法,对国内外医院临床专职科研人员的队伍建设情况进行系统梳理与对比分析,深入探索医院临床专职科研队伍建设的特点、所采取的措施及其成效。结果医院对临床专职科研人员队伍建设给予高度重视,通过一系列有效的策略与措施,在队伍建设方面取得了显著成果,展现了医院在提升科研能力、促进学科交叉融合以及推动临床科研成果转化等方面的积极努力与成效。结论医院应进一步强化临床专职科研队伍建设力度,积极营造有利于交叉学科发展的环境,加速临床科研成果向实际应用的转化进程,全面提升医院的科研创新能力和综合竞争力,为医院的可持续发展奠定基础。Objective To analyze the practice and exploration of the construction of clinical full-time scientific research personnel in a tertiary cancer hospital in the past five years,and to put forward targeted improvement suggestions.Methods Literature review and quantitative analysis were used to systematically analyze and compare the construction of full-time clinical scientific research team in hospitals at home and abroad,and to explore the characteristics,measures and effects of the construction of full-time clinical scientific research team in hospitals.Results The hospital attaches great importance to the construction of full-time clinical scientific research personnel team.Through a series of effective strategies and measures,the hospital has achieved remarkable results in team construction,demonstrating the hospital's positive efforts and results in improving scientific research capacity,promoting interdisciplinary integration and promoting the transformation of clinical research achievements.Conclusion The hospital should further strengthen the construction of full-time clinical scientific research team,actively create an environment conducive to the development of cross-disciplinary research,accelerate the transformation of clinical research results into practical applications,and comprehensively enhance the hospital's scientific research and innovation ability and comprehensive competitiveness,laying the foundation for the sustainable development of the hospital.
