固安县医共体监管平台建设实践及效果分析

摘　　要：目的 通过固安医共体监管平台建设,对医共体全体成员的医疗质量,运营效率以及公共卫生等指标进行监督管理。方法 设计和构建固安县医共体监管平台,收集汇总医共体成员医疗业务数据,对医疗业务数据监控管理。结果 通过监管平台可以直观了解医共体运行状况,提高医共体监管部门效率,为医共体领导者提供决策支持。结论医共体监管平台可实现医共体医疗业务运行数据持续监控,有效解决医共体改革后所带来的监管难题,提高医院行政管理效率。Objective Through the construction of Gu 'an medical alliance supervision platform,to supervise and manage the medical quality,operational efficiency and public health of all members of the medical alliance.Methods The supervision platform of Gu 'an County medical alliance was designed and constructed,and the medical business data of the alliance members were collected for monitoring and management.Results The monitoring platform can visualize the operation status of the medical alliance,improve the efficiency of the medical alliance monitoring department,and provide decision-making support for the leaders of the medical alliance.Conclusion The medical alliance supervision platform can realize the continuous monitoring of medical business operation data of the medical alliance,effectively solve the supervision problems brought by the reform of the medical alliance,and improve the efficiency of hospital administration and management.
