摘　　要：2025年是图书馆界的规划年,研究和编制“十五五”规划将成为图书馆学和图书馆事业的热点。各级各类图书馆要重视“十五五”规划的研究工作,将智慧图书馆建设作为规划的重点。文章认为,“十五五”时期,智慧图书馆建设应当着眼于服务国家战略、区域战略和社会重大需求,关注图书馆行业和读者的需求变化,重视人工智能等新技术应用和图书馆转型等。在此基础上,文章提出“十五五”时期智慧图书馆建设的六个重点:智慧空间的全面升级、智慧服务体系建设、智慧资源建设、智慧图书馆平台建设、智慧馆员培育以及智慧图书馆事业管理。2025 marks the planning year for the library community,with the research and formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan becoming a focal point for library science and librarianship.Libraries at all levels and of all types should prioritize the 15thFive-Year Plan,focusing on the construction of smart libraries as a key aspect of their planning.This paper argues that the construction of smart libraries during the 15th Five-Year Plan should aim to serve national strategies,regional strategies,and significant needs,pay attention to changes in the demands of the library profession and readers,and emphasize the application of new technologies such as Al and the transformation of libraries.Based on this,six key points for the construction of smart libraries during the 15th Five-Year Plan are proposed:comprehensive upgrading of smart spaces,construction of smart service systems,development of smart resources,establishment of smart library platforms,cultivation of smart librarians,and smart management of librarianship.
