摘　　要：文章遵循守正与创新的辩证关系,指出在乡村振兴战略背景下,基层图书馆的时代使命必将在其根本性使命框架下有新的阐释与拓展:弥补乡村教育短板,助力乡村教育水平提升;挖掘、保护与传承乡村优秀传统文化,推进文化自信自强;提高群众思想水平,助力农村社会文明程度提升;参与乡村治理,协同提升农村治理能力与治理水平;助力乡村产业振兴和人才发展。The article follows the dialectical relationship between adhering to tradition and innovation,pointing out that under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,the era mission of grassroots libraries will inevitably have new interpretations and extensions within its fundamental mission framework:filling the gaps in rural education,assisting in the improvement of rural education levels;exploring,protecting,and inheriting excellent traditional rural culture,promoting cultural self-confidence and strength;raising the ideological level of the masses,assisting in the improvement of rural social civilization;participating in rural governance,jointly enhancing rural governance capabilities and levels;assisting in rural industrial revitalization and talent development.
