摘　　要：文章梳理了人工智能生成内容(AIGC)的概念、发展阶段和技术特征,探讨了图书馆推广AIGC技术在推动用户服务智慧化转型、打造用户服务新体验、助力资源数字化与知识图谱构建、激发用户知识探索与创新方面的价值,提出AIGC赋能用户服务的策略,即提升模型的准确性与针对性、强化AIGC信息素养教育、增强馆员服务能力和完善服务制度规范,并提出AIGC赋能用户服务在技术实现、信息安全和用户使用三个层面存在的挑战。The article outlines the concept,development stages,and technical characteristics of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC),explores the value of promoting AIGC technology in libraries to drive the intelligent transformation of user services,create new user service experiences,assist in digital resource and knowledge graph construction,and inspire user knowledge exploration and innovation.It proposes strategies for empowering user services with AIGC,including improving the accuracy and relevance of models,enhancing AIGC information literacy education,strengthening librarian service capabilities,and improving service system standards.It also points out the challenges existing in technology implementation,information security,and user usage at three levels.
