摘　　要：文章基于第六次、第七次全国省级公共图书馆评估定级标准具体指标与必备条件,分析评估指标的具体变化与主要类型,探讨第七次省级公共图书馆评估标准创新情况,指出我国省级公共图书馆评估定级标准具有适用常态化评估、体现社会发展要求、符合行业发展动态、考虑区域发展差异的特点。为了促进公共图书馆事业的高质量发展,文章建议我国省级公共图书馆应朝着常态化、时代化、专业化和均衡化的方向发展。Based on the specific indicators and necessary conditions of the sixth and seventh national provincial public library evaluation and rating standards,the article analyzes the specific changes and main types of evaluation indicator changes,discusses the innovation of the seventh provincial public library evaluation standards,and points out that China's provincial public library evaluation and rating standards have the characteristics of regular evaluation,reflecting social development requirements,in line with industry development trends,and considering regional development differences.In order to promote the high-quality development of public libraries,the article suggests that China's provincial public libraries should develop towards normalization,modernization,specialization,and balance.
