摘　　要：高校图书馆的智慧服务作为人工智能技术在图书馆领域的具体实践内容,已成为ChatGPT等技术应用的关键发展路径之一。文章在探讨ChatGPT可赋能高校图书馆咨询服务、教研支持、知识共享、资源管理等多重智慧服务应用场景的基础上,提出为加速ChatGPT技术落地,高校图书馆应重视自身底层技术建设,加强图书馆员与在校师生数字素养培养,完善相关制度条例以保护隐私信息,从而推动ChatGPT技术赋能高校图书馆智慧服务的发展和应用。Smart services in university libraries,as a specific practice of artificial intelligence technology in the library field,have become one of the key development paths for applications such as ChatGPT.The article discusses how ChatGPT can empower multiple smart service applications in university libraries,such as consultation services,research support,knowledge sharing,and resource management.It suggests that to accelerate the implementation of ChatGPT technology,university libraries should focus on their underlying technological development,enhance the digital literacy of librarians and students,improve relevant regulations to safeguard privacy information,and thus promote the development and application of ChatGPT technology in empowering smart services in university libraries.
