摘 要:混凝土抗裂性能评价已成为当前乃至未来混凝土研究领域的一个热点,如何控制和预防有害裂缝是混凝土使用技术的重点。结合目前相关领域的研究现状,从混凝土组成材料、所处周围环境、内部结构构造等方面对裂缝产生的原因和有针对性的防治措施进行了深入分析,并对不同环境下混凝土外加剂更新和抗裂性改善的相关研究现状进行了比较和总结。得出以下结论:(1)混凝土防水剂必须使用收缩小、抗裂性强的产品;(2)在试验失水率高的混凝土构件时,可适当提高混凝土的初始落度;在进行失水率试验时,以不离析基准混凝土的最大初始落度作为落度控制值。(3)混凝土所处环境的不同,其抗裂性能表现截然不同,其所处环境的温度、湿度与自身温度、湿度相差巨大时,会引起内部裂缝的极具增加。并提出混凝土裂缝的延伸发展状况并建立混凝土裂缝控制评价体系等相关行业的发展前景的展望.The evaluation of concrete crack resistance has become a hot spot in the field of concrete research at present and in the future.How to control and prevent harmful cracks is the focus of concrete application technology.Combined with the current research status in relevant fields,the causes of cracks and targeted prevention measures are analyzed in depth from the aspects of concrete composition materials,surrounding environment,internal structure,etc.,and the relevant research status of concrete admixture renewal and crack resistance improvement in different environments is compared and summarized.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The concrete waterproof agent must use products with small shrinkage and strong crack resistance;(2)When testing concrete components with high water loss rate,the initial slump of concrete can be appropriately increased;When testing the water loss rate,take the maximum initial slump of the non-segregated reference concrete as the slump control value.(3)The crack resistance performance of concrete is quite different due to its different environment.When the temperature and humidity of its environment are greatly different from its own temperature and humidity,the internal cracks will be greatly increased.The development status of concrete crack extension is proposed,and the development prospect of related industries such as concrete crack control evaluation system is established.
