布地奈德辅助鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果及对患者鼻腔通气功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察布地奈德辅助鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果及对患者鼻腔通气功能的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2024年4月我院收治的52例鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各26例。对照组采用鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组采用布地奈德辅助鼻内镜手术治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、鼻通气功能、鼻嗅觉功能、鼻部症状评分、预后情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(96.15%vs.76.92%),复发率低于对照组(0.00%vs.15.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率(19.23%vs.15.38%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组NAR、DCAN低于对照组,NCV高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组T、D、I评分高于对照组,且各项鼻部症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德辅助鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的效果显著,可改善其鼻部症状及鼻通气功能,提升鼻嗅觉功能,降低疾病复发率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of budesonide assisted nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasosinusitis complicated with nasal polyps and the impact on nasal ventilation function.Methods 52 patients with nasosinusitis complicated with nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery,while the observation group was treated with budesonide assisted nasal endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,nasal ventilation function,nasal olfactory function,nasal symptom score,and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(96.15%vs.76.92%),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(0.00%vs.15.38%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(19.23%vs.15.38%)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NAR and DCAN of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the NCV was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the T,D,and I scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the nasal symptom scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Budesonide assisted nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasosinusitis complicated with nasal polyps has significant effect,which can improve the nasal symptoms,nasal ventilation function,and nasal olfactory function,and reduce the disease recurrence rate.
