摘 要:目的:探讨经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)联合感觉统合训练对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的康复效果.方法:采用随机数字表法将我院2023年1月到2024年6月期间收治的80例ASD患儿分为对照组(接受感觉统合训练,n=40)和研究组(接受tDCS联合感觉统合训练,n=40).比较两组治疗前后两组患儿的儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症行为量表(ABC)、孤独症治疗评估表(ATEC)、格赛尔(Gesell)发育量表各项评分、听觉诱发失匹配负波(MMN)的幅值、潜伏期.结果:研究组治疗后的CARS、ABC、ATEC评分低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组治疗后的个人-社交行为、语言行为、精细动作行为、大运动行为及适应性行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组治疗后的听觉诱发MMN的幅值高于对照组,潜伏期低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:tDCS联合感觉统合训练可有效改善ASD患儿的临床症状,提升患儿对听觉信息的加工能力,促进患儿生长发育.Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)combined with sensory integration training on children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:The random number table method was used,80 ASD children who were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were divided into control group(received sensory integration training,n=40)and study group(received tDCS combined with sensory integration training,n=40).The scores of Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Autism Behavior Scale(ABC),Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale(ATEC),Gesell(Gesell)development scale,the amplitude and latency of auditory evoked mismatch negativity(MMN)were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The CARS,ABC and ATEC scores in study group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of personal-social behavior,language behavior,fine motor behavior,big movement behavior and adaptive behavior in study group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).The amplitude of auditory evoked MMN in study group was higher than that in control group after treatment,and the latency was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:tDCS combined with sensory integration training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of ASD children,improve the processing ability of auditory information,and promote the growth and development of children.
