摘　　要：克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)是一种以肠道炎性病变为主要表现的全身性疾病,肛瘘是其最常见的并发症之一,被称之为克罗恩病肛瘘(Crohn's disease anal fistula,pfCD).pfCD的典型临床表现为腹痛、慢性腹泻、大便出血和肛周疼痛、溃疡等,其发病机制尚不完全清楚.目前,西医治疗pfCD除了常规手术治疗外,以口服抗菌药物、免疫抑制剂、生物制剂等为主,但副作用较多.当归是临床上应用较广的传统中药材之一,含多糖、有机酸、挥发油及苯肽类等活性成分.现代药理学研究表明当归具有抗炎、镇痛、免疫调节和神经保护等多种药理作用.本文对当归提取物及其复方制剂治疗pfCD的作用及机制的研究进展进行了综述,以期为pfCD的临床治疗提供更多的参考依据.Crohn's disease(CD)is a systemic disease mainly characterized by intestinal inflammatory lesions,and anal fistula is one of the most common complications,which is called Crohn's disease anal fistula(pfCD).The typical clinical manifestations of pfCD are abdominal pain,chronic diarrhea,bleeding stool,perianal pain and ulcer,etc.The pathogenesis of pfCD is still not fully understood.At present,in addition to conventional surgical treatment of pfCD,Western medicine mainly uses oral antibacterial drugs,immunosuppressants,biological agents,etc.but there are many side effects.Angelica sinensis is one of the most widely used traditional Chinese medicinal materials in clinical practice.It contains polysaccharides,organic acids,volatile oils and phenylpeptides.Modern pharmacological studies show that Angelica sinensis has many pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,immunomodulatory and neuroprotective.In this paper,the effects and mechanism of Angelica sinensis extract and its compound preparation on pfCD were reviewed,in order to provide more reference for the clinical treatment of pfCD.
