王家坝精神助推阜阳乡村产业振兴的作用机理、现实困境和实践路径

摘　　要：王家坝精神是因淮河水患而产生的精神,蕴含着顾全大局、自强不息、同舟共济和科学治水的精神,展现着淮河两岸儿女的大局观、奋斗观、群众观和创新观。王家坝精神具有强大的精神动力和浓郁的乡土情怀,可以助推阜阳乡村产业振兴。当前,阜阳乡村产业振兴存在着典范示范效应不突出、产业融合发展不充分、乡村新型经营主体亟需培育以及乡村产业的科技化数字化亟需加强等问题。这就需要在延长王家坝精神叙事和深化传承王家坝精神过程中,从乡村产业振兴典范的选树、乡村产业融合发展、乡村新型经营主体培育、乡村产业数字化转型诸视角精准发力,推动阜阳乡村产业振兴。Wangjiaba Spirit emerged from the challenges of Huai River floods,embodying values such as prioritizing the overall situation,self-reliance,unity in adversity and scientific flood management.It reflects the holistic view,struggle view,mass view and innovation view of the people living along Huai River.Wangjiaba Spirit carries strong spiritual motivation and a deep connection to rural life,making it a powerful force in promoting rural industry revitalization in Fuyang.Currently,the revitalization of rural industries in Fuyang faces challenges such as insufficient exemplary models,inadequate integration of industries,the urgent need to cultivate new types of rural business entities and the need to enhance technological and digital capabilities in rural industries.To address these issues,it is essential to extend the narrative of Wangjiaba Spirit and deepen its inheritance.Efforts should be focused on selecting exemplary models for rural industry revitalization,promoting integrated industrial development,nurturing new rural business entities and advancing the digital transformation of rural industries,thereby driving the revitalization of rural industries in Fuyang.
