摘 要:This study was developed to reduce wildlife-related flight risks in the case of John F.Kennedy Airport.Structures like as garbage collection and recycling facilities around the airport pose risks to flight safety by attracting birds and other wildlife. The research analyzes the structural elements located in the 13-kilometer risk zone and reveals the negative effects of these facilities on flight safety. In these analyses, risky areas were dynamically mapped using map-based tools such as Google Maps API and Google Places API.The developed software is Python-based and offers instant data analysis in critical areas such as land management and wildlife control. The study emphasizes the importance of creating a sustainable land management strategy around the airport, aiming to reduce environmental impacts such as bird collisions.Research findings show that the application of similar methods at other major airports in the future will contribute to flight safety.
