摘 要:上海船舶研究设计院第三代1100 TEU集装箱船在保留母型船载重量大、重箱数多等优点的基础上,对快速性、油耗、装载量、振动等各项指标进行优化升级。采用本院最新的S-Bow线型、优化螺旋桨、安装节能装置进行快速性优化。通过主机选型和提高螺旋桨效率进行油耗优化。通过调整双层底高度、舱口围高度和舱盖厚度,在总吨不超10000的前提下,进行货舱高箱装载优化。尾机型改成中尾机型,在上建后方增加1个20英尺箱位,改善满载装载时视线,增加箱位总数。通过优化上建位置和布置形式,基于三维有限元方法分析评估全船振动,进行振动性能优化。通过统计能量法进行舱室噪声评估,进行噪声优化。Based on retaining the advantages of large loading capacity and a large number of heavy containers,the third-generation 1100 TEU container vessel has optimized and upgraded various indicators such as speed,fuel consumption,loading capacity,and vibration.Using the latest S-Bow line from Shanghai Merchant Ship Design and Research Institute,the propeller is optimized and energy-saving devices are installed for speed optimization.The more suitable type of main engine is selected and the propeller's efficiency is improved for fuel consumption optimization.The height of the double bottom,the hatch coaming,and the thickness of the hatch cover are adjusted for optimization of high container in the cargo hold loading under the premise of the gross tonnage not exceeding 10000.The aft-engine type is changed to the mid-aft-engine type.Adding a 20 ft container space behind the superstructure improves the visibility of full loading for a larger number of containers.The position and layout of the superstructure are optimized and the vibration of the whole ship is evaluated based on the three-dimensional finite element method for vibration performance optimization.The cabin noise is evaluated by statistical-energy method for noise optimization.
