摘  要:以7000车双燃料汽车运输船为对象,对该船在设计阶段的振动响应和控制展开预报分析。采用有限元建模分析方法,建立局部和全船振动分析模型,计算压载和满载两种工况时目标船的固有频率,以及在主机和螺旋桨激振力作用下的强迫振动响应,旨在评估目标船在设计阶段的结构振动风险和振动响应水平。计算结果表明,第十甲板尾部板架超出衡准,对其进行结构优化后,目标船在两种装载工况下振动性能良好,满足ISO 6954:2000的衡准要求。Research on vibration response and controlling method was conducted based on 7000 CEU duel fuel PCTC.The research was based on the finite element method,which established an entire ship and local finite element models.The natural frequency,as well as the forced vibration response induced by the main engine and propeller excitation force of the ship,was calculated under both a fully loaded case and ballast case,aiming to evaluate the structural vibration risk and the vibration response level of the ship during the design stage.The result indicated that the vibration response at the rear end of Deck 10 exceeds the criteria.The ship obtained satisfactory vibration performance under both load cases after applying structural optimization and met the ISO 6954:2000 criteria.
