摘 要:上海船舶研究设计院设计的6600 DWT火箭运输集滚船解决了法国阿利亚纳6号重型运载火箭分段斜跨大西洋从法国运送到法属圭亚那的问题。以该船为研究对象,基于BV规范,对总体干舷甲板的设置高度对结构构件的影响进行分析;采用有限元分析的手段,对船体梁结构突变处及大开口升降平台处的结构形式进行优化,解决总纵强度与局部强度同时影响下的应力集中的问题;通过板格屈曲计算,发现规范要求之外的纵舱壁板的屈曲不足问题并进行加强,保证结构的安全性。该研究成果可为大型设备专用滚装船型某些关键位置的结构设计提供参考和借鉴,也可为火箭运输陆海联运提供一定参考。The 6600 DWT container Ro-Ro vessel for rocket transportation,designed by Shanghai Merchant Ship Design and Research Institute,mainly transports the European Ariana rocket segments.The route runs from France to French Guiana,diagonally across the Atlantic.The research discussed the height of the freeboard deck affection on steel structure design based on BV rules.Through finite element method analysis,the hull girder and the lift platform support structures are optimized;the strength coupling problem between the hull girder strength and local strength is conqured;and the buckling problem of the longitudinal bulkhead,which the rule has not mentioned and gave a solution is discovered,for structure safety.The research might serve as a reference for the special structure of the RoRo vessel,which is used for the roll-roll shipment of some large equipment.
