摘  要:综合考虑轴发机械效率、电力效率、主机单位燃油消耗率等要素,结合一型甲醇双燃料散货船,定量分析低速主机轴带发电机的综合效率、船舶EEDI指标和船舶CII评级等能效内容,得到其对节能减排的影响。研究表明:在保持航速不变的条件下,轴发综合效率较柴油发电机低,船舶日油耗量的节约不明显,对CII评级的贡献轻微,;在主发受限于原动机技术而未能燃用低碳/零碳燃料时,EEDI有明显改善;对于本身就需要通过限制主机功率减速航行得到较好CII评级的现有船舶,可通过设轴发获得更大减排收益。The quantitative analysis by is made considering the overall efficiency of the shaft generator driven by lowspeed main engine,EEDI(Energy Efficiency Design Index)and CII(Carbon Intensity Index)based on the methanol dual-fuel bulk carrier for which the factors of mechanical efficiency of shaft generator,electric transition efficiency and specified fuel oil consumption of main engine to be applied.The effect is less for CII and the saving of daily fuel consumption because the overall efficiency of the shaft generator is less than that of the diesel generator under the condition of keeping the same speed.However,EEDI could be improved obviously when the main diesel generator can not burn low-carbon or zero-carbon fuel because of the limited technology of the prime mover.More emission earnings will be obtained by installing a shaft generator for the existing ships that need to reduce navigating speed for a better CII target.
