摘 要:为满足火箭部件的载运要求,6600 DWT火箭运输集滚船在机舱布置、推进系统、通风系统以及冷却水系统设计时采用了不同于常规船舶的设计方案。阐述机舱布置、SCR布置、轴发不同模式的应用、货舱通风以及压载冷却系统的设计,指出卧式SCR的布置方案适用于烟囱狭窄的机舱;当电力负荷以及推进功率需求变化大时,可通过轴发进行调配;可通过组合不同数量风机以满足不同货品通风需求;压载冷却系统可有效应对浅吃水工况下泥沙对海水冷却系统的不利影响。本船采用的设计方案可供后续开发小型集滚船和浅吃水船舶借鉴。To meet the transportation requirements for rocket segments,the 6600 DWT rocket Ro-Ro ship adopted unconventional design schemes in the arrangement of the engine room,propulsion system,ventilation system,and cooling water system.The layout of the engine room arrangement,SCR system arrangement,shaft-generated various modes application,cargo hold ventilation,and the principles of the ballast cooling system is introduced.It is Pointed out that the horizontal SCR arrangement scheme is suitable for ER with a narrow funnel.While electrical load and propulsion power demand are varied,using various usage modes of the shaft generator can allocate energy distribution by different numbers of fans to meet the ventilation requirements while carrying different cargoes.The ballast cooling system can effectively address the issue of silt impairing the S.W.cooling system under shallow draft conditions.The design scheme adopted by this ship may be a reference for the development of small Ro-Ro ships and shallow draft vessels.
