摘  要:探讨船舶总体设计过程中模型轻量化显示的重要性及其实现方法,以提升设计效率与质量,并促进数字化增值业务的拓展。提出一种基于Babylon.js开源几何显示引擎的船舶总体设计过程中模型轻量化显示技术。该技术通过实现模型的浏览器端跨平台显示的便携性,使得设计团队能够随时随地查看模型,并有效摆脱对国外3D模型轻量化显示领域商业软件的依赖;同时,支持将多源异构平台模型整合展示,便于校验设计准确性。此外,轻量化模型可以促进设计团队与客户间基于模型的高效协同工作,并为后续的数字化交付奠定坚实基础。研究不仅能有效提升船舶设计的效率与质量,还为实现设计流程的自主可控、减少对国外技术依赖提供可行的技术路径,为船舶制造业的数字化转型与增值业务的发展注入新动力。The significance and implementation methods of lightweight model display in the overall design process of ships are explored to enhance design efficiency and quality and to facilitate the expansion of digital value-added services.This research proposes a lightweight model display technology for ship's overall design processes,leveraging the Babylon.js open-source geometry display engine.This technology enables the portable,cross-platform display of models within Web browsers,empowering design teams to view models anytime,anywhere,and effectively breaking the dependency on commercial software in the foreign 3D model lightweight display field.Additionally,it supports the integrated display of multi-source heterogeneous platform models,facilitating the verification of design accuracy.Furthermore,lightweight models facilitate efficient model-based collaboration between design teams and clients,laying a solid foundation for subsequent digital delivery.This research significantly improves the efficiency and quality of ship design.It provides a feasible technical path for achieving autonomy and controllability in the design process,reducing reliance on foreign technologies.It injects new momentum into the digital transformation and the development of value-added services in the shipbuilding industry.
