摘  要:OCX标准是当前船舶行业热门的3D标准,主要用于船级社的三维模型送审。船舶行业相关软件如AM、CATIA、SPD、NAPA等由于没有统一的船体数据交换标准,相互间交换模型数据存在诸多困难,很难得到令人满意的效果,急需一种数据交换标准来打通各家软件之间的数据屏障。作为专门针对船舶行业的3D标准,OCX标准的船体数据交换能力值得探讨。立足于结构元数据,从结构树、结构类型、船体结构库、拓扑性、肘板、贯穿孔及补板等方面分析OCX标准在船体数据交换方面的能力。分析结果表明,以船体数据交换目的而言,OCX标准在板架、板、筋、开孔、拓扑性等方面达到数据交换的目的,而在肘板、贯穿孔及补板、角隅孔等结构细节方面尚有改进余地。The OCX standard is currently a popular 3D format standard in the shipbuilding industry,mainly used in3D model-based approval of class societies.The lack of a unified hull data exchange standard for related software such as AM,CATIA,SPD,and NAPA causes many difficulties in exchanging models between different software,and it is hard to obtain a satisfactory result.The shipping industry urgently needs a data exchange standard to connect the data barriers between various software.As a 3D format standard specifically designed for the shipbuilding industry,the OCX standard for hull data exchange is worth exploring.Based on structural metadata,the capabilities of the OCX standard in hull data exchange are analyzed from the perspectives of structural trees,structural types,structural libraries,topology,brackets,slots,lugs,etc.The analysis results show that in terms of the purpose of hull data exchange,the OCX standard achieves the goal of data exchange in terms of panels,plates,stiffeners,openings,topology,etc.However,there is still room for further improvement in structural details such as brackets,slots and lugs,notches,etc.
