摘 要:目的探讨双源CT Flash扫描模式联合低浓度对比剂扫描技术肺动脉CTA在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的应用价值,分析其可行性。方法选取临床疑诊肺动脉栓塞患者72例,以扫描方案不同随机分为观察组(L组)与对照组(S组),其中L组36例行双源CT Flash扫描模式联合低浓度对比剂行肺动脉CTA扫描,S组36例行常规双源CT肺动脉CTA扫描,对比分析两种扫描方案在扫描时间、辐射剂量、图像质量主观评分以及图像质量客观评价(CT值、SNR、CNR)间的差异,探讨双源CT Flash扫描模式低剂量肺动脉CTA在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的应用价值。结果两组检查方案图像质量的主观评分与客观评估(CT值、SNR、CNR)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。L组与S组相比较,其辐射剂量、对比剂用量及扫描时间显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双源CT Flash扫描模式联合低浓度对比剂扫描技术肺动脉CTA,在不降低图像质量同时可显著减少扫描时间及辐射剂量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of dual source CT Flash scanning mode combined with low concentration contrast agent scanning technology for pulmonary artery CTA in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism,and to analyze its feasibility.Methods A total of 72 clinically suspected pulmonary embolism were collected and randomly divided into an observation group(L group)and a control group(S group)based on different scanning schemes.Among them,36 patients in the L group received dual source CT Flash scanning mode combined with low concentration contrast agent scanning technology for pulmonary artery CTA,while,36 patients in the S group received conventional dual source CT pulmonary artery CTA scanning.The two scanning schemes were compared and analyzed in terms of scanning time,radiation dose.The application value of dual source CT Flash scanning mode low-dose pulmonary artery CTA in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism was explored by comparing the subjective evaluation of image quality and the objective evaluation of image quality(CT value,SNR,CNR).Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the subjective and objective evaluations(CT value,SNR,CNR)of image quality between the two examination plans.Compared with Group S,the radiation dose,contrast agent dosage,and scanning time of Group L were significantly reduced,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual source CT Flash scanning mode combined with low concentration contrast agent scanning technology for pulmonary artery CTA can significantly reduce scanning time and radiation dose without reducing image quality,which is worthy of promotion and application.
