摘  要:磁共振冠状动脉血管成像技术(MRCA)在无需电离辐射或对比剂的情况下,可以评估冠状动脉的形态、结构和功能。然而,由于空间分辨率低、采集时间长、信噪比低等技术限制,该技术无法在临床常规应用。尽管如此,这些限制都可以通过呼吸导航技术和压缩感知技术等新技术的组合来具体解决。本文首先回顾无对比剂磁共振冠状动脉血管成像(NMRCA)的国内外研究进展及其技术特点,讨论当前可用的MRCA技术并分析当前的技术发展,其在提高MRCA图像质量和缩短采集时间方面具有独特的潜力。最后部分讨论NMRCA在冠状动脉疾病和川崎病中的应用进展,比较各种成像技术在临床应用中的优缺点,并对NMRCA的技术进展进行展望。Coronary magnetic resonance angiography(MRCA)can assess the morphology,structure,and function of coronary arteries without ionizing radiation or contrast agents.However,due to technical limitations,such as low spatial resolution,long acquisition time,and low signal-to-noise ratio,this technique cannot be routinely used in clinical practice.Nonetheless,these limitations can all be specifically addressed by a combination of new technologies,such as respiratory navigation technology and compressed sensing technology.In this article,we first review the research progress and technical characteristics of non-contrast magnetic resonance coronary angiography(NMRCA)at home and abroad,then,discuss the currently available MRCA techniques and finally,analyze the current technical developments,which have unique potential to both improve the image quality and shorten the acquisition time of MRCA.In the last part,this article discusses the application progress of NMRCA in coronary artery disease and Kawasaki disease,compares the advantages and disadvantages of various imaging techniques in clinical application,and prospects the technical progress of NMRCA.
