摘　　要：CT增强扫描是重要的临床诊断手段,但碘对比剂外渗是其常见并发症,影响检查结果和患者健康。近年来,学者们致力于研究对比剂外渗的预防与处理方法,并形成了较为成熟的管理策略,包括风险评估、优化操作技术、护理干预、质量控制、多学科合作等。这些策略的应用可以降低对比剂外渗的发生率,提高护理质量,保障患者安全。本文综述了对比剂外渗的多元管理策略,旨在为临床实践提供指导和启示。CT-enhanced scanning is an important clinical diagnostic tool,but iodine contrast extravasation is a common complication,which affects the examination results and patients'health.In recent years,scholars have devoted themselves to studying the prevention and management of contrast extravasation,and have developed more mature management strategies,including risk assessment,optimization of operating techniques,nursing intervention,quality control,and multidisciplinary cooperation.The application of these strategies can reduce the incidence of contrast extravasation,improve the quality of care,and protect patient safety.This article reviews the multifaceted management strategies of contrast extravasation,aiming to provide guidance and insights for clinical practice.
