摘 要:如何促进橡胶企业绿色发展备受行业关注,数字化技术为其绿色转型提供了契机,但数字技术缘何能促进橡胶企业绿色转型还缺乏理论研究。基于多案例分析,以动态能力理论为基础,分析在不同的战略发展阶段下,数字赋能橡胶企业绿色转型的内在机制。研究发现,橡胶企业的绿色发展可以划分为绿色基础建设、绿色优势塑造和绿色发展引领3个阶段,每个阶段橡胶企业在绿色战略的导向下,通过数字赋能促进了价值链重构,进而提高了企业的绿色动态能力。How to promote the green development of rubber enterprises has attracted much attention from the industry,and digital technology provides an opportunity for its green transformation.While,there is still a lack of theoretical research on why digital technology can promote the green transformation of rubber enterprises.Based on multiple case analysis and dynamic capability theory,the internal mechanism of digital empowerment of green transformation of rubber enterprises under different strategic development stages was analyzed.It is found that the green development of rubber enterprises can be divided into three stages:green infrastructure,green advantage shaping and green development leading.At each stage,under the guidance of green strategy,rubber enterprises promote value chain reconstruction through digital empowerment,and thus improve the green dynamic ability of enterprises.
