摘　　要：培育新闻出版业新动能、实施新闻出版产业项目带动战略、以创新要素驱动企业提质增效是新闻出版上市企业生产经营、科技创新和管理实践的逻辑进路。以中国出版、山东出版、凤凰传媒等10家新闻出版上市企业为研究对象,从营运效率、财务效率、成本效率、成长能力和风险水平5个维度构建企业经营绩效评价指标体系,对2018—2023年各新闻出版上市企业的经营绩效进行综合评价和分析,为企业深度转型升级、数智化突破、要素创新配置提供参考。Cultivating new drivers of the press and publishing industry,implementing the strategy of driving the press and publishing industry projects,and improving the quality and efficiency of enterprises with innovation elements are the logical path for the production and operation,scientific and technological innovation and management practice of listed press and publishing enterprises.Taking some publication listed companies as the research object,the enterprise management performance evaluation index system was built from the perspective of operating efficiency,financial efficiency,cost efficiency,growth ability and risk level.The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of press and publication listed companies’business performance from 2018 to 2023 was conducted,in order to provide reference for the enterprises to realize depth transformation and upgrading,several intellectualization breakthrough and factor innovation configuration.
