摘　　要：试飞员对试飞任务的胜任程度,直接影响着试验试飞结果。目前,对试飞员能力的研究有定性的分析,但缺少定量的评价。结合对飞行员岗位胜任力,国际知名试飞机构课程设置、教学目标,以及国内外,特别是国内优秀试飞员的学习研究,构建了以核心胜任力、作风胜任力、身心胜任力为内容的、能够客观衡量和可靠预测的试飞员胜任力模型。该模型可以作为卓越试飞员评价和培养的依据。The test pilot’s competence in flight test tasks directly affects the results of experimental test flights.At present,the research on test pilot competence has qualitative analysis,but lacks quantitative evaluation.Combined with the study of pilot job competency,curriculum and teaching objectives of internationally renowned flight test organizations,and the study of excellent test pilots both at home and abroad,especially in China,a test pilot competency model is constructed that can be used to objectively measure and reliably predict the test pilot competence with core competency,style competency,and physical and mental competency as its contents.The application of this model can provide a basis for the evaluation and training of outstanding test pilots.
