摘 要:为研究环氧沥青混合料(EAM)的疲劳参数及损伤演化特性,对不同环氧掺量和集料类型的EAM开展了三点弯曲疲劳试验,分析了不同因素对EAM的疲劳寿命N_f、初始模量E1、失效模量E2、初始耗散能W1、失效耗散能W2和累积耗散能W_f等6个疲劳参数的影响。此外,基于修正后的损伤因子模型分析了EAM的疲劳损伤演化特性。结果表明:环氧掺量和应力比对EAM的不同疲劳参数具有显著影响,而石灰岩环氧沥青混合料的疲劳参数与玄武岩环氧沥青混合料差异不大,尤其是环氧掺加质量分数为20%和30%时。敏感性分析表明初始模量E1更适合表征EAM的疲劳性能,应作为抗疲劳设计的控制指标。此外,修正后的损伤因子模型有效揭示了EAM的疲劳损伤演化特性。To study the fatigue parameters and damage evolution characteristics of epoxy asphalt mixture(EAM),three-point bending fatigue tests were carried out on EAM with different epoxy contents and aggregate types.The effects of different factors on the fatigue parameters such as fatigue life Nf,initial modulus E1,failure modulus E2,initial dissipation energy W1,failure dissipation energy W2 and cumulative dissipation energy Wf of EAM were analyzed.In addition,the fatigue damage evolution characteristics of EAM were analyzed based on the modified damage factor model.The results showed that there were little differences in fatigue parameters between limestone epoxy asphalt mixture and basalt epoxy asphalt mixture,especially epoxy content was 20wt%and 30wt%.The sensitivity analysis showed that the initial modulus E1 was more suitable to describe the fatigue performance of EAM and should be used as a control index for fatigue design.In addition,the fatigue damage evolution characteristics of EAM were effectively revealed by the modified damage factor model.
