摘 要:采用双组分水性环氧树脂对单组分水性聚氨酯改性得到一种高强度,高韧性的水性树脂胶粘剂并以其作为胶结料,以撒布和拌和两种工艺加入骨料制作了水性彩色抗滑表层试件,通过湿轮磨耗试验确定各骨料级配及最佳胶结料用量,利用磨耗值、磨耗前后构造深度与摆置的变化表征彩色抗滑表层的抗滑性、耐磨性能的衰变情况,并对比评价了两种工艺。结果表明:改性剂掺加质量分数为15%时制得的胶结料综合性能最优,建议使用粒径为2.36~4.75 mm的石料作为骨料。两种工艺制作的彩色抗滑薄层均具有较好的耐水、耐磨抗滑性能,高温对抗滑表层影响不大,但低温环境下耐磨性能不理想。撒布工艺长期抗滑性能更佳,适合易出交通事故的危险路段使用;拌和工艺具有更好的耐水性能、耐高低温性能,更适合在抗水损要求较高以及温度变化明显的路面使用。The waterborne resin adhesive with high-strength and high-toughness was prepared by two-component water-based epoxy resin modified one-component waterborne polyurethane and it was used as a binder to prepare the waterborne color anti-slip surface specimens by adding aggregates in it through two processes of spreading and mixing.The gradation of each aggregate and the optimum amount of binder were determined by wet wheel abrasion tests.The decay of the anti-slip and abrasion resistance of the colored antislip surface layer were characterized by the abrasion values as well as the changes in the depth of construction and placement before and after abrasion,and the two processes were compared and evaluated.The results showed that the best overall performance of the binder was obtained when the mass fraction of the modifier was 15%.It is recommended to use stone with particle size of 2.36-4.75 mm as aggregate.The color anti-slip thin layers made by the two processes had good water wear resistance and anti-slip performance.The high temperature had little effect on the anti-slip surface layer,but the wear resistance was not ideal in low temperature environment.The spreading process has better long-term anti-skid performance,which is suitable for the use of dangerous roads prone to traffic accidents and mixing process has better water resistance,high and low temperature resistance,which is more suitable for the use of road surfaces with higher water damage resistance requirements and significant temperature changes.
