摘  要:以对硝基苯胺、双酚A和多聚甲醛为原料合成了对硝基苯胺双酚A型苯并恶嗪(NABPBZ),并通过IR、1HNMR对其结构进行了确认。利用TGA、DSC分析了单体的热稳定性,结果表明:其有2个明显放热峰,峰值温度分别为221.8℃和310.1℃。2个失重平台分别在253~346℃和436~538℃,T_(5%)为253℃,800℃时的残炭率为54.8%。将NABPBZ与EP制成复合树脂,考察复合树脂的力学性能和耐热性能,结果表明复合树脂韧性明显增强,但刚性降低很多。通过SEM观察树脂弯曲断面形貌发现NABPBZ与EP的相互作用较强。树脂在300~350℃出现明显的放热峰。失重平台集中在320~430℃,复合树脂EP-1失重50%的温度比纯环氧树脂提高259℃,800℃时的残炭率达到33%,耐热性有所增强。The p-nitroaniline bisphenol A type benzoxazine(NABPBZ)was synthesized using p-nitroaniline,bisphenol A and paraformaldehyde as raw materials,and its structure was confirmed by IR,1H-NMR.The thermal stability of the monomer was analyzed byTGA and DSC.The results showed that the product monomer had two distinct exothermic peaks,with its peak temperatures of 221.8℃and 310.1℃,respectively.It had two obvious weight-loss platforms,respectively at 253-346℃and 436-538℃.The T5_(%)was 253℃and the residual carbon rate at 800℃was 54.8%.The composite resin was made with NABPBZ and EP,and the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the composite resin were investigated.The results showed that the toughness of the composite resin was significantly enhanced but the rigidity was much reduced.The morphology of resin bending section was observed by SEM and a strong interaction between NABPBZ and EP was found.The resin had an obvious exothermic peak at 300-350℃.The weight-loss platform of the resin was concentrated between 320-430℃.The temperature of 50%weight loss of EP-1 composite resin was 259℃higher than that of pure epoxy resin.The residual carbon rate at 800℃reached 33%,and the heat resistance was enhanced.
