摘  要:采用刮膜式分子蒸馏设备对对氨基苯酚环氧树脂(AFG-90)进行了分子蒸馏,得到了纯化的三官能团环氧树脂(轻组分),研究了蒸馏温度、刮膜速度、真空度、进料速度对轻组分得率及纯度的影响。高效液相色谱(HPLC)测试表明轻组分纯度提高至86%以上,轻组分在25℃的粘度降低为250 mPa·s。采用AFG-90轻组分代替AFG-90树脂为主体树脂制备了液体成型环氧树脂体系,100℃下树脂粘度从226 mPa·s降低为158 mPa·s,100℃恒温粘度不超过300 mPa·s保持时间延长至8 h,具有更长的操作窗口期,适用于大型复合材料的制造。Molecular distillation of N,N-diglycidyl-4-glycidyloxyaniline(AFG-90)was carried out using scraped membrane molecular distillation equipment to obtain purified trifunctional epoxy resin(light component),and the effects of distillation temperature,scraping speed,vacuum,and feed rate on the yield and purity of the light component were investigated.The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)test showed that the purity of the light component was increased to more than 86%,and its viscosity was reduced to 250 mPa·s at 25℃.The liquid molding epoxy resin system was prepared by using AFG-90 light component instead of AFG90 resin as the main resin,and the viscosity of the resin system was reduced from 226 mPa·s to 158 mPa·s at 100℃.The viscosity at constant temperature of 100℃was not more than 300 mPa·s and the retention time was prolonged to 8 h.It shows a longer operation window and it is suitable for the manufacture of large-scale composite parts.
